  • KOMPAS watches are inspired by the RAF Sector Clock, a historic military tool used for precision coordination. Our dials feature bold, color coded triangular markers in 5 minute intervals a functional design reborn as a modern timepiece for adventure, resilience, and purpose.

  • All KOMPAS models are engineered with high water resistance, suitable for everyday use and outdoor activities. Each model is rated to 100m ensuring performance in rain, swimming, and challenging conditions.

  • Every KOMPAS timepiece comes with a 2 year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. Our watches are built to last, but in the rare event of an issue, we’ll repair or replace your timepiece.

  • We ship worldwide. UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–14 days, depending on location and customs clearance.

  • We offer a 7 day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging. Exchanges are also available if you prefer a different model.

  • Yes. All KOMPAS watches use standard lug width (20mm) with quick release spring bars, allowing you to easily swap straps to match your style or activity.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures. Rinse after saltwater use. Have it serviced every 3–5 years by a professional watchmaker.

  • KOMPAS watches are powered by precise Japanese movements and assembled in Hong Kong by skilled watchmakers, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.

  • Yes. We use high grade Super-LumiNova on hands and markers for excellent readability in low-light conditions ideal for night time use and outdoor adventures.

  • Each watch comes in durable, dial inspired packaging designed for reuse. It’s more than a box it’s a keepsake that reflects the brand’s adventurous spirit.

  • Rinse with fresh water after saltwater exposure

    Avoid strong impacts or dropping the watch

    Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap only

    Keep the crown fully secured before water contact

    Avoid extreme heat or strong magnetic fields

Returns Policy

  • In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your watch for any reason.

    You must notify us of your decision within this 14 day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn and unused
    • In original condition
    • With all protective films intact
    • Returned in original packaging
    • Accompanied by all documentation and accessories

    You are entitled to inspect the watch as you would in a retail environment. However, handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product may result in a deduction reflecting any diminished value.

  • For change of mind cancellations, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

    If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of:

    • Receiving the returned goods, or
    • Receiving proof that the goods have been returned

    Refunds are made to the original payment method.

    Original standard outbound shipping costs are refundable where required by law. Any upgraded or express shipping services are non refundable.

  • Where a returned item shows signs of wear, strap creasing, removed protective films, scratches, or other handling beyond inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value.

  • Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

    If your watch develops a fault:

    • You have a 30 day right to reject for a full refund
    • After 30 days, we may offer repair or replacement
    • If repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction

    We may request reasonable evidence of the fault prior to proceeding.

  • All KOMPAS watches include a 2 year international warranty from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

    • Movement
    • Dial
    • Hands
    • Case construction
    • Factory water resistance integrity

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Accidental damage
    • Impact or drop damage
    • Cosmetic wear including scratches and dents
    • Strap wear
    • Water damage caused by improper crown use
    • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
