All KOMPAS models are engineered with high water resistance, suitable for everyday use and outdoor activities. Each model is rated to 100m ensuring performance in rain, swimming, and challenging conditions.
3. Do you offer a warranty?
Every KOMPAS timepiece comes with a 2 year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. Our watches are built to last, but in the rare event of an issue, we’ll repair or replace your timepiece.
4. How long will delivery take?
We ship worldwide. UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–14 days, depending on location and customs clearance.
5. Can I return or exchange my watch?
We offer a 7 day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging. Exchanges are also available if you prefer a different model.
6. Are the straps interchangeable?
Yes. All KOMPAS watches use standard lug widths with quick release spring bars, allowing you to easily swap straps to match your style or activity.
7. How do I maintain my KOMPAS watch?
Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.Rinse after saltwater use.Have it serviced every 3–5 years by a professional watchmaker.

1. Company Information

We currently offer four watch models for sale within the United Kingdom. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance. While we aim for accuracy, minor variations in colour, design, or materials may occur.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.
4. Ordering & Contract Formation
An order is placed when you complete checkout and make payment.
A contract is formed when we confirm your order via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or if there is an error in the listing.
5. Delivery
We deliver only to UK addresses.
Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6.Return Policy UK Customers
We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 7 days from the day you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or not as described.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
