Design
The heart of our design traces back to the RAF Sector Clock of 1917 a tool that transformed the skies of Britain into a precise system of defense. Its bold color coded intervals allowed observers to record enemy sightings with unmatched accuracy. We’ve reimagined that legacy into a modern dial that honors history while serving today’s adventurer.
Our dial features triangular color markers placed every five minutes, creating a 3D performance layer that guides your eye instantly. Unlike conventional layouts, this system mirrors how the human eye searches for time, ensuring clarity when you’re under pressure. Design and function, working as one.
Each KOMPAS timepiece is more than a watch it’s a tool of function, a fragment of history, and a statement of purpose. Engineered for performance and designed for clarity, every model carries meaning beyond time itself. Built to endure and crafted to guide, your KOMPAS is ready for the journeys that define you.
A Tool built for adventure
Our four directions embody the spirit of exploration. The four directions are not just designs they are symbols of uncharted potential. North, South, East, and West remind us that exploration has no single path

Mission
Adventure should never come at the cost of the world we seek to discover. Each KOMPAS model directly supports the protection of the environment it represents from the oceans and forests to the mountains and cities that define our world. A portion of every purchase is donated to environmental initiatives preserving these realms, ensuring that the spirit of exploration is matched with care for the planet. With KOMPAS, every second spent discovering the world helps to protect it for generations to come.
Heritage
At KOMPAS, we proudly stand within the lineage of British horology. Our watches are inspired by the RAF Sector Clock a symbol of precision and courage that once guided the pilots who protected a nation. By reimagining its colours and purpose for today’s adventurers, we honour that same ingenuity and discipline that shaped Britain’s watchmaking legacy.
